Holiday Gift Wrapping: Part 2

I am always looking for new and unique gift wrapping ideas (hello Pinterest). I found the most adorable pink plaid wrapping paper at Hobby Lobby the Saturday after Thanksgiving (and it was 50% off). It isn't a conventional holiday look, but I love it! Bonus, you could use it all year. I paired it with some dollar store wrapping paper (gold and pink and red stripe) and some craft paper (my favorite to wrap with, because it's so versatile).

I call this look Preppy Plaid. Of course, I had to incorporate bows!

To get the cute deer silhouette, I simply traced the template (below) on craft paper and added an adorable bow.

I made all of the bows out of wrapping paper. Check back Wednesday for my DIY paper bow tutorial, complete with printable templates! And of course check back this weekend for the corresponding printable gift tags.

Happy Wrapping!
