30 X 30 Recap: Week One

Not surprisingly, week one of the 30 X 30 challenge was not difficult. All of my pieces were still fresh and exciting. I imagine my tune will change somewhere around week three.

It also helped that this week was fairly non eventful -- lunch with a donor Wednesday (those humanities aren't going to fund themselves), study session at a coffee house Thursday, movie Friday night, and a drive to see the family in Orlando Saturday. I am sure that if/when a special event comes up selecting something will be a bit more of a challenge.

Happy Weekend!

PS - I might be in trouble if it doesn't get chillier soon!

  2. Congrats on surviving week one, I am excited to see what you come up with the rest of the month because I loved all the pieces you chose. The first two outfits are my favorite, that striped dress is so cute... I wish I bought it online when I saw it in my size.

  8. Wow, this is a really neat idea. Thanks for introducing it to us! I may have to try this as well, though it seems like a warmer month would be an easier time to do it, without all the layers needed in the winter. :P
